Love is in the air at Christmas. The nostalgic and magical charm of the season creates the perfect backdrop for romantic proposals. A marriage proposal takes an already special time of year and makes it even more special! According to studies approximately one-third of the 2.3 million annual engagements occur at Christmas and New Years, making it the most popular time of year to say “Yes!” There is just something very romantic as the New Year is approaching and the clock winding down towards midnight that emotions and expectation run so high this time of year.

The majority of all wedding proposals – about 75% in fact happened over the holidays. So guys start rehearsing that proposal in front of the mirror and ladies better get a nice manicure on that left hand.
