Ring Warming Ceremony

February 20, 2014

The wedding rings are secured together with a ribbon or in a small bag and passed to each guest in turn. The guest has the opportunity to offer, a prayer, blessing or a wish for the wedding couple. This may be done either silently or whispered out loud. In this manner the rings are “warmed” with many blessings before being returned to the Officiate or Minister. The guests are asked to hold them for a moment, warm them with their love and make a silent wish for this couple, and their future together.

When these rings come back they will contain, in their precious metal, that which is more precious, that which is priceless – all the love, hope and  support from those that mean the most to you. Through your married life, whenever you look down at the these rings on your fingers you will know in your heart that they contain all the love of your family and friends.

"Christina was great to work with. Planning a Florida beach wedding from Indiana would have been very difficult for us. Christina put everything together including the location, the officiant and the photographer as well as offering great ideas and additions to our ceremony. Every email was answered right away and each change was accommodated. Our ceremony was EXACTLY what we wanted. I highly recommend Weddings By Christina!"   ~   Read More »
