“Forever in Love” – Full Planning/Coordination/Design
From vendor selection to day of details, our Full Service Wedding Planning and Design package includes assistance with hiring vendors, negotiating contracts, and addressing every little detail that arises when planning your wedding. In addition, we will work to help you develop your overall design theme creating a unique and memorable event.
- Wedding / Reception design & execution
- Face-to-face visits as needed for your individual needs
- Final Touches Meeting to go over final details
- Arrange and attend vendor appointments
- Unlimited phone and e-mail consultations (normal business hours)
- Assisting with selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues
- Invitation Selection & Guidance
- Hotel Room Block Selection & Assistance
- Arrange for transportation of bridal party and guests
- Vendor Recommendations
- Create and monitor budget
- Rehearsal coordination and instruction (Up to 2 hours)
- Creating and distributing day-of wedding itinerary to wedding party and vendors
- Final vendor confirmations week of wedding
- Full wedding day coordination for up to 8 hours
- Assistance with distributing all bouquets, corsages, etc.
- Lining up and cuing wedding party for processional
- Making sure bridal party is ready for post ceremony photographs
- Overseeing the setup of the ceremony and reception sites
- Cue vendors throughout the day
- Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors
If booked less that 90 days, additional charges may apply.
"Simple Elegance" - Partial Wedding Coordination
The venue has been chosen and booked. You know the "when" and the "where" you just need assistance of "how" to pull it all together. This package is for the couple who needs assistance with pre-wedding coordination, but not wedding day coordination.

- Creating wedding day itinerary
- Final vendor confirmations

This package is NOT a Planning Service Package; This is a Wedding Day Directing package. It is the responsibility of the bride/client to communicate all details and contracts at our final touches meeting.
"Cherish the Day" – Day-of Coordination
This package is for the couple who has done all the planning and knows the value of investing in a wedding day coordinator to orchestrate the day, allowing them to be guests at their own wedding. From timeline creation and scheduling, to cueing the musicians to the bouquet toss, we are there to insure this day that you will always remember. Sit back, relax and enjoy your day! Although it’s called "Day-of" Coordination, the process truly begins weeks or months before the day of your wedding to ensure all plans are in place. Knowing you can put your trust in our hands on your wedding day is something we take very seriously.

- Attend to the Requests of the Bride & Groom As They Arise
- Distribute Boutonnieres & Bouquets to Wedding Party
- Distribute Final Payments to Vendors on Wedding Day
- Reserve Seats For Family Members & Special Guests
- Set-up of Personal Ceremony Items on Wedding Day (Programs, Sand Jar, Etc.)
- Set-up of Personal Reception Items on Wedding Day (Seating Cards, Favors, Etc.)
- Cue Wedding Party For the Grand Entrance
- Manage Timing & Execution of Reception Events (Entrance, First Dance, Etc.)
- Pack Personal Items Following the Wedding
- Full Use of Wedding Day Emergency Kit

It is the responsibility of the bride/client to clearly communicate needs to the planner. It is the responsibility of the bride/client to follow-through on all guidance and advice of the planner of which bride/client approves. It is the responsibility of the bride/client to communicate all details at The Final Touches meeting.
