I love to incorporate a sand ceremony into my weddings, which is a beautiful and meaningful ceremony that originates in Hawaii. The bride and groom each have a small container of a different color of sand. These separate vials of sand represent all that they were, and all that they are, and all that they will ever be. By combining their individual jars of sand together, I pronounce that, “just as these individual grains of sand cannot be separated, so may your lives be blended together for all eternity.” Regardless of where this ceremony originated, it is a beautiful and meaningful addition to your beach wedding ceremony or a very suitable alternative to a unity candle ceremony.

I am often asked by couples who I recommend for photography. I always tell them that their wedding photos are where the biggest portion of their budget dollars should go because your photos are where your memories are. These are the photos that will be looked at for generations to come. I have had the privilege of working with some of the most gifted and talented photographers that exist on Florida's gulf coast. The skill and artistry they bring to a wedding cannot be measured in words or in dollars and cents but in pictures . . . Your pictures!!
