Blessing Stones & Blessing Shells Ceremony

For  couples who are looking for a unique addition to their wedding ceremony, the blessing stones or blessing shells are a great way to capture your guests’ heartfelt love for you. A small polished stone or seashell is placed on each chair so everyone can participate in a  beautiful unity ceremony. The Stone/Shells can be tossed into the sea at the conclusion of the ceremony or you can provide a vessel (vase) that will serve as a beautiful, lasting reminder of the love and support given to you on your special day!

At the conclusion of the ceremony the bride and groom along with the wedding guests and bridal party gather down at the water's edge. Each takes a blessing stone/shell, and as they toss the stones/shells into the gulf, each makes a silent wish and prayer for the new couple.  This is a great way to include all the family and makes for great ‘Gulf-Side’ pictures.

"Christina was great to work with. Planning a Florida beach wedding from Indiana would have been very difficult for us. Christina put everything together including the location, the officiant and the photographer as well as offering great ideas and additions to our ceremony. Every email was answered right away and each change was accommodated. Our ceremony was EXACTLY what we wanted. I highly recommend Weddings By Christina!"   ~   Read More »
